I saw this in Kyle's room and he called it "Commercialized Nature" and thus it was named. We do it all the time, commercialize things that are by their very nature non-commercial. We commercialize Niagra Falls, The Grand Canyon, The Smoky Mountains, the list goes on. Kyle brought this up the other day about a place in Alabama I think called Gulf Shores. I remember going there as a child and it feeling free and beautiful, but now it is commercialized to the point where it is no longer what it was. It feels so wrong.
